Property Preservation Services
Willcam plus construction is a full service REO, and pre-foreclosure property preservation company. Our services protect new construction or existing properties that have entered the default or foreclosure process. We help preserve the property from weather damage, vandalism, theft and neglect until the asset is sold or condemned.
Our process can include property inspection, making recommendations for improvements and obtaining a property preservation bid to preserve the property.

LAWN MAINTAINANCE
Willcam Plus Construction LLC perform the necessary lawn maintenance to maintain the property’s appearance, prevent further degradation to the grounds and relieve the property of any existing or potential violation of local ordinances. Lawn maintenance include mowing of the lawn, weeding, edge trimming, sweeping of all paved areas (sidewalks, driveways, patio, etc) and removal of all lawn clippings, related cuttings and incidental debris. We also provide recurring grass cut services, where we will maintain the landscape at the property according to the client’s standards. We will continue maintaining the grounds at the property until instructed to remove the from our services specified by the client.
WINTERIZATION
Willcam Plus Construction LLC will winterize the plumbing at the property to prevent freeze damage, according to the client’s stipulation for the region property of property.
SECURING
Based on the client’s specific Willcam Plus Construction LLC changes and install lock boxes, as well as secure doors, windows, gates and other securing based on client’s requirements.
DEBRIS REMOVAL
Willcam Plus Construction LLC will remove exterior, interior and/or hazardous debris at the property as authorized by the client.
EVICTION MANAGEMENT
Willcam Plus Construction LLC provides property preservation support of the eviction and securing process as instructed by each client. We will coordinate with local sheriff on removal of all debris and personal property at the property. We will also follow the specific instructions provided with secure request based validated jurisdictions as well as client instructions.
JANITORIAL SERVICES
These services can be performed at the time of initial services and on monthly recurring basis. The services include mopping all non-carpeted floors, vacuuming of all carpets, wiping down all counter tops, scrubbing all bowls, basins and wiping down all counter tops, cabinets and appliances.
